Valley Auto was very good to us when we were just looking. After the test drive .. We realized it really is the ultimate driving machine. We bought the 5 series and we are loving it . Very good customer service.�
Very unprofessional. Communication is poor, at best. You would be better served finding a different dealership if you're looking to buy a vehicle.
We went into Valley Pre-Owned on Saturday just to take a look around. Instantly fell in love with the most beautiful Mustang 5.0, test drove and the love grew. Our sales rep was Chris Milanese . He and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing in everything they did. Didn't want to get my hopes up...But they made it happen and with ease. These guys at Valley Pre-Owned absolutely went above and beyond. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!

Valley Auto World, Inc is a excellent company that take care of their costumers. The Service Managers Rick Brown and Alan Jones has gone above a beyond to provide me an excellent service experience. Details explanation of the work done on my car; emails; text and phone calls to answer all my questions. I also have to mention my Service Advisor Chad and Master Tech Ted hopefully I can always have them servicing my M3. I recommend Vally Auto World, Inc.
