These guys are absolutely wonderful, and the Service Personnel is top notch especially Mike Lebatard. It’s great to see service and professionalism still reign supreme with some businesses today. I’d recommend these guys and gals every time.
After a year of being stranded on the road several times with a faulty battery from Valley Auto World, they would not warranty or refund it.

The service department is excellent !! I recently moved to Wilmington and the VW service dept here does not compare. As a woman I dread anything that has to do with servicing my car. The crew there goes above and beyond with helping you out. They handle everything for you and keep you informed all with a friendly attitude and pleasant smiles from everyone !
