The MOST unprofessional experience ever.. I wouldn’t do business with them if they were the last dealership in town. Lies after lies told until it was discovered— over a month after “purchasing” the car— they attempted to sell a car with a lien. I could go on forever but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them, not even to my worst enemy

Very unprofessional dealership. No one seems to know where to go to get a answer, instead they just lie to get you off the phone. I purchased 2 cars from them this year but will never deal with this dealer again or recommend them. I have been driving BMW’s since 1980 and have never been treated the way this dealer treats their customers. They do a good job to sell you the car but the paperwork process sucks and you can’t get a straight honest answer from them.👎
I'm not sure I've had worse customer service anywhere! It took over three hours for them to write up the paperwork, and then they jacked up the lease anyway by putting fewer miles down than the vehicle actually had on it. After four months and more than a dozen phone calls and voicemails they still have not fixed it. Additionally, they did not give me a spare key for the vehicle and instead suggested that I had lost it instead. I actually went back last week to talk to someone in person.
