I have owed four VW’s and I have always had great services until I moved to this area. I have had the worse services her from dropped screws in my engine to my services today. Today I went in for two recalls took 3 1/2 hours then my ca was parked in between to cars and I noticed the side was scraped. It wasn’t there when I got there but they just want to buff it out!!! I am done with them !!!
