I went with my son to look for a car for him and the moment we got there they had greeted us asked how we were and asked how they can help. We told them we want a car within the 5-7k budget and they immediately showed us our options and variety to choose from. We found the perfect car for my son and left a deposit for them to do a service for us. Worst experience ever, I will never go near this place again. We purchased red seat Ibiza from them - They say all cars are serviced on the advert however this clearly wasn’t the case - thick black oil & warning light on. I asked the man and he said car has been serviced! On the day of purchasing we took it immediately for a service where I was told the car hadn’t been serviced in a long time and he showed me the state of the spark plugs. Stay away from them
Valid Cars was a good place to get my car, it was family run, they were very genuine and helpful and a good price for my car. It was nice to know I could part exchange my car which took the stress out and that my new car came with warranty if I had any issues. Good people, good business.
