I literally can't understand why an on the day appointment would be charged at an emergency rate? By doing this you are causing unnecessary suffering as people can't afford this and will choose to wait for what could be weeks of suffering, I also feel very offended by the lack of trust when booking a routine appointment, why do I have to pay upfront??
