Love Vale and Marsh! Such professional people. I have had many dealings with them Over the years and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Vale and marsh are a fantastic agent for my let property the service I continue to receive is excellent. Communication is always clear and any problems with the property sorted immediately, a lovely family run business could not recommend more highly.
We have recently moved into our rented home and I have to say Caroline and Alex have been wonderful. Caroline has been so efficient with changing documents/ replying to our emails and I can’t recommend her enough! Absolutely wonderful service at Vale and Marsh.
Renting with Vale and Marsh was an absolute nightmare. Upon request of adding me to the tenancy agreement they ignored this request and added me as a Permitted Occupier as it meant less paperwork for them. When I pointed this out and asked once again to be put on the tenancy Caroline informed me there would be a £600 charge for credit referencing. Having rented before I knew they were only able to charge a limited amount (no more than £50 according to their website) and when I questioned her about the charge she said ''well ... read more
