Piece of interesting facility. From the outside treat the patients very nice but outside not so much. Have the gall to hang up on patients families.

Staff always polite and helpful. Show respect to residents. Happy atmosphere.
My aunt has been and still is a resident as Vale Lodge. The care has been exceptional so far and the staff have looked after her with five star care, over and beyond the norm. I cannot recommend this home enough.
