A lovely store with very helpful & friendly staff.They serve with a personal touch & are prepared to go the extra mile. I’m very pleased indeed with my recent purchase of a 2 seater recliner sofa & an electric recliner chair plus a matching storage box & a small marble side table. We recently purchased a riser recliner chair and bed from Vale Furnishers and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Amanda who advised us on products in the showroom was fantastic, knowledgeable and kind - we did not at any point feel pressured into purchase. Communication was excellent between ordering and final delivery and the actually delivery team again were outstanding. First time buying from Vale and will most definitely use again, highly recommended.
We visited Vale Furnishers in Ash this week and were very impressed by the wide range of different design options available to see. The store is super dog friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you in particular to Carmen and Charles who patiently dealt with our various questions and requests and helped us to make a fully informed choice for our next sofa. It was as usual a pleasure to shop at Vale Furnishers. Very knowledgeable staff, courteous and patient. A 12 week delivery slot was reduced to 8. 2 calm and efficient delivery men assembled and demonstrated my rise recliner and took the balance payment. We will be back. Thank you all for a superb shopping experience.
