I have been going to this garage now for the last few years. The people are all great, friendly and always willing to help or give you some advice. I had a VW golf that I had on and off issues with for years which they did some work on. I recently took my car to VAG Technik for a check-up, and I’m very pleased with the service. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and professional. The team checked my car thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the day. When I came to collect the car, I was delayed by about 15 minutes due to heavy traffic, but the staff kindly waited for me — which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend VAG Technik and will definitely return in the future. Excellent service from start to finish.
I had an ABS/ESC warning light on my VW T6 and went through an incredibly frustrating 11-month journey trying to get it sorted. I visited four different VAG specialists — including a main dealer — before finally finding this place almost by chance on Google Maps.
