After around 2,000 miles, my R32 is still running perfectly since VAG Auto Care Services replaced the timing chain and clutch, among other things. I really appreciate their attention to detail — they sent me photos throughout the process and even showed me the old parts. I also want to thank them for their excellent customer service and how quickly they completed the repair. I will definitely be coming back! 10/10.
I booked in for walnut blasting on my RS5 as not many places do this locally, but they did such a great job, communicated well and were well priced that I have stuck with them for some other jobs and will use them again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Finding a good specialist can be tricky, especially for a car that is out of the ordinary, so if you have a VW, Audi, Skoda or other VAG car I recommend using this place for servicing.
Rang up Wednesday because I had an error code for EGR on my Passat 1.6 TDI. Dropped off Thursday lunch had the car back Friday lunchtime. New EGR fitted and cars back to driving perfectly. Very impressed with the quick turn around time given the size of the job and how quickly it was booked in. Gave me some handy free advice for a few other niggles I’ve got with the car.
