Matt is awesome! He was extremely patient with me by accepting my car, having the transmission fixed, and allowing me time to pay for it. I only trust the Vaden team because of their awesome reputation and quality work. I appreciate all they have done to accommodate my needs despite me driving them insane, lol. All of my cars have been purchased here and the next one is coming from their lot soon. I highly recommend Dan Vaden Chevrolet and the teams. Thanks Matt!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Returned my truck within 3 weeks and walked away from the deal. Completely unprofessional in every aspect. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I love Chevy but this dealership is not the way to go.
Car was in for service due to not starting. They worked the car in and got it back to me. It did take 4 days but I dealt with that. I would give more stars if they had a car to loan for the time I didn't have mine. It is a Cadillac after all.

For unbelievable service for your vehicle, Dan Vaden is #1 in service. Recently my 2013 XTS Cadillac would not start, thought it was the battery, turn out the battery was leaking, and so on. Dan Vaden went beyond customer service and replace everthing the acid had touch and did not give my vehicle back until the vehicle was perfect again.
