Bought a new Colorado in July, had trouble with the AC & Heater 1st week. Been in their shop at least 4 times with them telling me that I didn't know how to operate it. Finally took a video to show them what it was doing. That finally got it fixed for less than a month & took it back in in to have service manager tell me again I was not operating it correctly. Took it to Mike Reed Chevrolet in Hinesville next day & they realize that there is a problem with it & scheduled to be fixed at my time line

I bought a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. The car was priced well and the deal seemed to go through easy enough. However a few things needed to be done and the dealership promised to make the repairs included in the price. The items that were to be addressed were a broken tail light (done), leather seat repair (not done), and second key fob (not done ). Two hours for an oil change - nothing else, and I had an appointment. Not to mention steep prices just to diagnose a problem with the power windows. Finally checked to see how much longer it would take and was told they couldn't do one of the services I requested (new FOB for power locks), and at THAT point they told the whoever to just do the oil change and send the truck up. Pretty poor customer service.

This dealership is amazing!!!!! I needed a car desperately and did not think I would ever find something because of my credit score. Bobby Lockett really helped me out and spent hours fighting for me. This was my first car buying experience and it was a great one, I will refer everyone I know to this dealership!
Awful customer service and lying employees. These guys don't care about anything except making the sale. They tell you whatever you want to hear, all smiles until you sign the papers. At the first problem, " sorry this isn't a sales problem." Horrible people. Empty words and no follow through in customer service.

Make 8 am appointment to get car FIXED. was told 2 hour. 3 hours later not even started. Was waiting on approval really? When I made 8 am appointment I apparently told them. repair. Great job fail vaden

Never take your vehicle here. Terrible service. Slow doesn't begin to describe this service department here. Communication is just as bad. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Saw an add that was bogus. You post adds to get poor people like my attention like 0 down under 200 per month good or bad credit. That's called lying. Don't you get enough business. Geesh.
