DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE CENTER HERE. THERE ARE THIEVES THAT WORK THERE!!! I TOOK MY CAR TO GET SERVICED AND SOMEONE IN THE BACK STOLE A PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM IT. THE ITEM WAS HIDDEN AND THEY SNOOPED TO FIND IT. THE COULD BE GOING TROUGH EVERYONE'S CAR AND YOU WOULD NOT EVEN KNOW IT. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO THERE AND JUST THAT MY CAR IS JUST GETTING SERVICED. Get ready to be ignored. Their service department has always been terrible as they have always been understaffed. The service advisors don't have time to talk to you, don't have time to address your problem, and and certainly don't have time to value you as a customer. And now that they have bulldozed the dealership and are working from tiny little office trailers it's twice as bad. Avoid at all costs and less you just love being pissed off.

I'm very happy with the new car I purchased from Vaden Chevrolet. This is the third car we have purchased from Vaden Chevrolet, and we have been very happy with the purchases & the follow up service we receive there. Everyone is very nice in the Service Dept. & they go out of their way to help us with any problem. The Sales people were very co-operative, professional, & helpful and they have stayed in touch to see if we are still happy with our purchases, and if they can do anything else for us. Buyer beware!!! They will try to sue you for money they say you owe but they will not send you a bill or answer the phone when you try to call and find out what's going on!!!
