After 11 days of my car being in the shop for the battery harness, I pick it up and get almost home only to realize the passenger air is blowing hot � can't catch a break � They did nothing but give us the run around, I actually had to go there in person because they don't return phone calls or tell you everyone's busy!! It was a minor problem yet took 10 days and now my daughter drives away from the dealership with an even worse problem!! I wouldn't let them wash my dog, let alone fix our vehicles ever again!!!
We purchased a special order through this dealer...finally on Dec 19th 2016 the car arrived with 3 scratched up interior door panels, 2 gashes on the front dash. They promised to fix these items through the "we owe you" list. Here we are July 27th and you can't get anyone to call back. They tell you what they think you want to hear then ignore you! I have even spoke to GM, Austin, Morgan, Ashley, Tory at the service dept and the so called Customer Expertise person....I can't even enjoy my new and fully loaded 2017 Chevy Cruz... read more
