I have received best of care have no complaint. My primary physician Dr. Shah and my Ortho Spinal surgeon Dr. Allen are great.
On June 20th I had surgery at the La Jolla VA Hospital 5th floor ASU = My complements to the staff who were all professional friendly and caring. They kept me informed as to what was going to happen and I felt very reassured of the process To name a few Nurses Suzanne, Cynthia, and Autumn, all were great care givers to me. The Escondido clinic's phone has had a busy signal for two days and I've been trying to get my test results from an MRI. I've called the San Diego office to see what was happening and was told to hold. I left a message with an advocate this morning. What does a Veteran have to do to get his test results in a timely manner?
Just tried to schedule an appointment with my VA doctor i was told i was removed from the clinics roster because they say it's been over 2 years since Ive been there. i was treated there less than a year ago. So they refused to schedule me and told me to try again next week.
I think your employees need to learn about HIPPA Deb Rice posted x-rays and even triage info on a patient there all over facebook.....
How can these people at the VA come to work provide shitty service to their Veterans who have already sacrifice so much. I can't put into words how I feel about the system for our vets. I live in Indy and my dad in California. He's 70 and has numerous pain issues. Dr MILLER. Is his doctor. Just like all vets the gov. Feels the need to screw their meds up. He takes Vicodin for pain and has NEVER ever abused it. MILLER decided to take him off of it BECASUE HER JOBS ON THE LINE of course.
