Why in the world isn't there an Urgent Care anywhere in the San Diego VA community? Out of all the clinics located throughout San Diego, unless an appointment is made, you can't be seen and you have to resort yourself to an eternal wait in the Emergency Room. Yes, I know that the Mission Valley clinic has a Saturday clinic, but it's by appointment only. If someone could enlighten me on this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. The va is doing there best. A lot of people go here so be patient it's free and don't give me that crap you deserve more because you served. We all did. Go. NAVY!
I have been going to the VA for a jugular tumor, it was very hard to get an appointment, I was seen and was told to monitor my condition, I did lose hearing in one ear due to the tumor. I resently went to tha audiology clinic and had a hearing test. They put a request in to be seen by the head and neck clinic due to some additional hearing changes. I waited for 2 weeks for them to contact me and they said the next appointment in in January. That is 2 months away. I find this hard to believe, with all the talk about how the V... read more
Worst ER, took 8 hours for an X-ray on my finger that I broke, and waited 4hrs after to splint it.
