The worst system available. I have been trying to get my ID card thru the VA. It’s been close to 2 months and that is ridiculous to take this long No one calls you back when you leave a message. Why is this system so bad, so broken. I really don’t have anything good to say about the VA I’ve done my share in the Military and can’t even get a card. Did everything I was suppose to do. Just discharged today after 6 days in C205.Extremely pleased. Nurses, Techs and all supporting staff gave me excellent care. Also, pre-op, GI Dr. B, the Med Team of doctors and a special shout out to the Vascular Dr. (sorry can’t remember his name) that gave me support and vital information about my condition. One more note” The Food was 100% better then last year.... THANK YOU, EVRYONE❤️

I had a acupuncture appointment which I cancelled with Triwest last week.Since I got a VA Email reminding me of an appointment tomorrow today, I called the Salt Lake VA Community care unit. I explained to Erik I contacted Triwest last week and cancelled my acupuncture appointment but asked Erik why the VA shows it's an active appointment. Erik said to call Triwest, as he didn't understand what I was trying to do. I repeated to Erik that I did call Triwest.
