Very professional and courteous staff. Very pleased; also includes ancillary services such as van drivers, Top Cafe and travel services!!!
SLC VA should utilize the dial-up Telehealth system during winter. Since the facility is approx 100 miles from us in Wyoming we can not get there when the roads close. When we call to let them know the hwy is closed they are rude and will not use Telehealth. Our appts get rescheduled months down the road. After waiting 4-6mos for an appt, it's sheer insanity to wait several more months. If the VA isn't trying to kill us then what are they doing?
I used to support their VA, and dedicated much time to it and my fellow veterans. But no longer, more so after all of the stonewalling and lack of consistent treatment as of late for myself, and my father, whom passed away just a few hours ago. I posted two comments earlier today on the main Web page and so did several others, but they were deleted. It is no wonder that it is going down the tubes! The many lies and deceit will catch up to it soon, very soon, indeed.
The doctors and nurses were great very patient with us but when we went to pay the bill the woman was extremely rude never said hello never said Thank you just stood there and stared at me like I was interrupting her busy again definitely we'll go someplace else to pay their bill
If you are a veteran traveling in Utah and loose your meds this facility goes above and beyond to help you out. They are amazing and caring and will stay on the phone with you or call you back till they help you find help even when u are 500 miles away !!! Don't know what we would have done without their help today ! If I could have given the people that helped through the phone I would have� Thank you
The Salt lake city VA is top notch. Mental health is second to none! Substance abuse treatment is as advanced as any treatment in the country! Medical care might not be as timely as most would like but it is still 3x faster than any civilian private medical practice! Love the SLC VA!
EVERYONE I have dealt with has been GREAT!!!! Yes the pharmacy is slow but they try. It'd be hard to keep up. I recommend VMAC ALL THE TIME!! I am walking thanks to them and have returned to work after two btk amputations on my right leg. Thanks to all!!!!
