There are great people that work there but the waiting time is always frustrating. They checked my eyes every 2 months to see if I have any more infections. Everything looks good. I wish my eyes were back to normal so I can see all my wonderful friends better.
Dr PW in women's health always listens to my concerns. She is very honest with me and has always called me with my test results. I am VERY impressed and happy with her as my primary doc!!!!
The VA in S.L.C. is great they have treated me well over the years they listen to you and they take care of the problem. I have had multiple upper GI clinic visits I can't say enough good about them the staff is great.
This place is an absolute joke, I've never been here and spent less than 3 hours, even for a simple follow up!!! ������������
The SLVA HOSPITAL has been and continues to sort out the complexities that I am bringing to them. Trust coming around slowly.W I'll finish survey after 3 additional surgeries within 2-3 weeks

There was no waiting I signed in on the kiosk and before I was done they called my name. About 20 minute wait at the lab for blood work not a problem everyone I dealt with was friendly. Went to the pharmacy 10 minute wait the lady behind the counter was friendly as can be even after the person before me gave her a load of crap because he had no identification she was very pleasant to him.
The system needs a fix, communications among departments is non existant, PCP has no time to follow-up with other departmental actions, Myhealthevet needs a lot of fixes AND NOBODY ADVOCATES FOR THE unknowing vet. Being proactive is very task oriented and no advocacy exists. They hear but little is done, good people with their hands tied. A veteran ought to be the objective input. No recourse for their mistakes.
I have been very well taken care of while going through my surgeries. Dr Ellis is great, along with his student doctors.
