Aside from the food , an excellent experience as usual!
Only because of the facility itself. Once I seen the provider it was a great visit.
I went to the VA with a family member. It was an excellent experience. The nurses and doctors were accessible and very concerned. I thought the hospital was clean. The family waiting room was warm and welcoming. There was coffee and free treats as we waited. To me the VA was an exemplary hospital that we are lucky to have in CNY.
Probably the best VA hospital me and my husband have been too !
I have not ever had a problem there they treated me great
I have been an employee here for 20+ years. This hospital has a great reputation and a majority of the veterans wouldn't go anywhere else. I've seen some of the comments and all I can say is I guess you can't please everyone 100% of the time
