Well trained and well equipped friendly staff.
I think in general the VA means well, but sometimes the policies and procedures are frustrating for some veterans. This can have devastating effects on veterans mental well-being. I have had positive encounters with VA staff that empowered me and I have had encounters that made me feel defeated and hopeless.
The nurses and doctors are taking such good care of my Dad. They are all so kind. Thank you all for treating him with respect and dignity.
I just love everything about it. I’ve been a patient there, and volunteered there.
Great staff, both administrative and patient care providers.
I've received excellent treatment there. Most of the people there genuinely care about the veterans in their care.
