Outstanding Service Very Friendly and Kind Staff. The first time there. Im going have Surgery and The Staff Explained everything and It made feel Very Positive.
I had excellent service from the VA since I first started 4 years ago
Had a billing issue and called to get help. Got transferred to Todd (facility manager) and for the first time had a horrid experience. He mocked and belittled me. When asked his title he asked me my title. Its a govt employees responsibility to give their title to ensure the caller they are speaking with the right dept. Todd does not deserve his position at the VA. Myself and other veterans deserve better treatment. I hope the right person sees this and Todd is removed from the VA.
I have had nothing but first-class treatment at the Syracuse VA and the Oswego VA Clinic. Everyone I have come in contact with has been very professional. With a couple of exceptions, I have been able to get appointments with no problems. I have had all the same experiences in Kentucky VA system where I live in the winter.
Except billing. The er was diverting so my gpa a Korean War vet was sent to another hospital. Even though his primary care giver on the blue team said he would of went there anyway because the va didn't do the surgery he needed done. A year later we are still getting bills in the mail from that situation. Fix that problem my gpa doesn't have that kind of money . The card is 5 star. The billing is not.
Syracuse VA watches carefully, staff polite and competent.
