The SE VA medical team has provided the single best healthcare experience I’ve received to date. From the timely manner of appointments & consults, to the level of care given, to the quality of staff, and to the level of commitment to veterans, I’ve been nothing but impressed. In my opinion, both as a patient and as a provider, the SE VA sets the standard and moreover, a model of healthcare delivery to which all should aspire to achieve.
ALWAYS receive excellent care - everyone in any position that works there - is always polite and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about New Orleans VA Medical Center. They have been the backbone of our support system throughout the years following John's stroke - rehab, any equipment needed, any help at all - its been there for the asking. I am always amazed by - and eternally grateful for - the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System!
