By actually caring about the people they service. I have never been transferred from person to person more in my life. I can't get treatment because I need a driver, yet, a HOSPITAL cannot watch me until I am good to go. Worthless!!! Because of COVID-19, my treatments have been cancelled multiple times. A nurse at this facility , by the name of Melissa Livaudais has me concerned and fearful of her ethics. She had stated on a public live feed that she would let somebody die under her care. She also has asked publicly to have other nurses/doctors illegal give her prescription medications. She discriminates and takes drugs illegally. who knows how many people she has already hurt? This information will be spread, and proper steps need to take place to protect the veterans under this facilities care.
The VA Doctors and nurses are amazing. You can see them trying to do what they can do with one hand tied behind their back, but the support staff is HORRIBLE! They don’t call back and if they do, they have a problem. They don’t like to answer phones, but on the off chance they do, they have an attitude or aren’t helpful. They are rude, disrespectful, and have no business working in a field with a demographic of people they hate so much. It’s time for VA REFORM!

Worst ever. The lady that answers the phone for the green clinic is extremely rude, repeatedly hangs up on people and refuses to help.

My husband gets excellent care in all of his care at the v.a. All of his doctors do everything in their power that they can do to make him feel better. Have not had any bad experience with any staff here.
I'm am a Retired Iraqi Vet and the service is not cool. I'm in very bad pain from in jury in 2006 during our tours 3 times. Went to ER and the physician told me that the ER is for shot , stabbed or car accident patients, not for what I was there for. They were very disrespectful, so where do we go for help, not getting it from there , been in contact many times with Mr Rivera emailing him about my situations, all he he does is pass the buck, he making his money, I was injured during wat time, I shouldn't come back for all th... read more
