These folks are horrible. Embarrassingly inept and don’t know how to follow up from repeated requests. Promises to call back but never do. No one communicates. I’m beyond angry and frustrated—I’ve been in the queue to set up a primary care appointment for nearly 2-months. It’s a s**t show. Go elsewhere if you can. I have good insurance but need continuity of care. This hospital falls short. Hire people who can take basic messages. And then follow up. It’s shameful. Veterans deserve better.

They have failed Women Veterans because they don't believe women should have tampons in 5D.They said it's a NATIONAL POLICY to never give a women who has her period a tampon. This speaks directly to the ignorance of the whole policy of supporting women's health. Additionally, they put women in this location based upon statements that because they are premenstrual and menopausal they are emotionally unstable and they feed you full of clondapin and tell you if you take you will get out of there quicker.
The absolute best treatment I’ve ever by VA emergency staff. They were a serious breath of fresh air compared to other VA facilities

Today I have all the gladness in my heart to appreciate the Dr Zabaka. I can say that without Dr Zabaka I would have been devastated. My ex wifw was very diffucult to cope with and when i voiced out my pain she left me.
