Always have a great experience at the WPB VA. The Cardiac Dept was busy as always.
Had 2 appointment got screwed at both of them.
We have been very lucky with doctors and everything they do for him.
This is a Top Notch service provider. They came through for me today in a quick nano second because UPS failed to deliver my meds yesterday. The Emergency Room staff were there, and came through for me. Thanks for being there!
Things don't always go the way you want it to go but overall things run pretty smooth here from my experience since being enrolled in 2010
A great place for Veterans like me can be taken care of��
They have room for a lot of improvements. They are terribly understaffed and too many of the professionals that work there are either inexperienced or coasting thru the end of their working times and ready to retire. They do not have enough parking facilities (specially the Handicapped parking spaces) and there are a lot of employees using most of the parking spots near the front doors. I had three appointments at the VA yesterday. My appointment with orthotics was on time, quick and well done by the staff that fitted my orthotics. The woman that helped me in physical therapy was exceptional. She was extremely competent and explained things well. This was an excellent visit!
