I have been using the WPB, VA hospital for the past 15 years. I have nothing but praise for all the doctors and staff. Never got a run around, never waiting more than 15 mins on my appointment time. And lastly, they saved my life 2 years ago from stage 3 cancer. Special thanks to Ann Johnson and surgeon, Dr SanMiguel.
Arrived at 0645 and got checked in smoothly. There was a slight language barrier with the mostly Asian staff. Saw a doc at 0730. One of the nurses(a guy) was rude other than that everyone was very friendly and professional
Like to provide Ultimate Recreation Therapy to all Vets at The West Palm Beach Va Center for life..........Just let me know....I have Ultimate Fun and I am Mobile.....Being a Vet.....This would make my day making each of my Brothers and Sister Happy each day when I come for fun........:-)
My boyfriend went there to detox ..they released him after 4 hours.. he was still intoxicated and could hardly say a word... The VA is a joke run by incompetent people... DISGUSTING...i will report this further..

Sunday I had the privilege of being invited to a special memorial service held in the chapel of the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach honoring all of the local vets who had died in the past year. It was a lovely service put on by the VA Hospice Team. The stained glass windows that flanked both sides of the chapel honored each branch of the service. I captured a picture of the US Navy window. I never had a problem there. Depends on one's attitude I guess. I would have given it 5 stars but during my first meeting with my primary care doctor, She called me "loquatious," meaning that I talked too much. I thought that the purpose of this first meeting was to exchange what I thought my problems were while hers were to have me shut up (though she never said those words). I have another doctor now and a new "quietude."
I have never had a problem with.the VA in WPB. Was always treated with respect. There was only one time when I got lost in the shuffle, and was not seen for a little over 2 hours. It happens , no.big deal!
Been going there for you 11 years and I think I've been well taken care of
