very poor service, no one seems to know what the other is doing, health care very poor, benfits department need a whole redo, the people in it have no heart at all, the vero beach clinic is totaly wasteful, became a get them it get them out, administrator does not even talk to the vets, nasty rep. and nurses, medical help, never happen, still waiting on a rx from my heart doctor for oxygen theropy what is going on
l love my job so much that l travel 75 miles each day. from Miami and I wouldn't change a thing
On vacation - cut my foot, ended up waiting for 4 hours and 51 minutes before getting 2 stitches. I saw 4 people that arrived after me leave before I did with ailments ranging from contusions, to hernias, and allergic reactions. The only reason it's getting 2 stars is because the Doc was very personable and professional.
I am a little disappointed. When I fist went to the VA in WPB I was treated with respect. I was seen periodically, quickly and my concerns where addrsssed to satisfaction. I served from '84-88 tinking of the 'benefits'. This benefit in particular. Something changed and now I feel like I am treated with less respect, frequency or concern. I know they have a lot on the plate but you are serving a population of people who gave their time and may have sacrificed more then I. My first visit to the VA and it was not that bad. We shall see though as I schedule other things..
West palm Beach is a great place. Am so loving it.
