I love the VA. Always fast. The best part is the atmosphere, everyone is friendly and it's always nice to be surrounded by brothers and sisters.
The best service a guy can get!!! I'm always treated as the President of the United States.
I haven't had a bad experience and I've been a patient since the days of the out patient clinic.
This is ONLY for the ER. Just an aweful aweful system and experience.. waiting 3 HOURS in a waiting room with only 15 people was shocking! Finally when i was called, another 3 HOURS in my room.. All for a Blocked Ear Of Wax! My Heart went out to my fellow elderly Vets who had to wait the same 3 plus hours in the waiting room! Nurses were forgetful about myself and others.. I have been using the wpb. Va for 12 years now within the last 3 years things have all around changed for the worse. Appointment t times , not enough doctors , choice program is a mess and all around cleanliness is horrible all of the bathrooms are nasty piss all over the floors around the urinals paper on the floor. My wife said the women's room had old tampons on the floor on more than one occasion there used to always be employees going around with the cleaning cart attending to them but I don't see that anymore..dirty an... read more
The Hospital is clean, very nice, I was out of state needed some Blood sugar supplies I'm registered there but the person at the desk didn't seem to care if he could help or not ! Didn't get my supplies ! �
