I went to the ER under the direction of my primary care doctor to receive a blood transfusion. After almost waiting for 7 hours I finally gave up a left without the transfusion. Service such as this is totally unacceptable
The staff were very professional and helpful in getting my son back on the right track to feeling better. Much appreciated.

After getting Labs taken I had to go get a cat scan done. As I sat there waiting to get my IV, instead of doing the right thing and using my other arm, the nurse takes my bandage off from where I gave blood and re stuck the same vein leading my arm to look like this.
I love this VA though they seem not to be able to EVER schedule all your appointments on one day. Oh and Saturday appointments gets you a police escort �
The kiosh by information counter does not register for CT scan, I sat there for 1/2 hour, told lady at counter she said it doesn't work for them . both sinks men's bathroom by the cafeteria don't work
