The service was great everyone was polite and courteous, just seems very long time, 2pm afternoon to 9pm at night, but thorough, thanks.
Went to the VA emergency room with a cyst/ infection on my neck. They took me quickly I was in and out in 2 hours and feeling good. Great service, friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable. I've been going so this hospital about seven years. Always been for the most part excellent.
Came in for my appt at 11am and was taking care of within 15 minutes. I know many have complaints but as for me over past six years I have been pleased.
