In and out. Perfect experience. Appointment time no waiting. Got my meds without pause and home to breakfast.
My experience with the VA went well. Professional staff and team. Everyone there who helped me worked well together. The Dr's and nurses helped me with my medical issues
I hate that the employees put CNN on every TV on every floor.
My husband's primary care doctor is great! Eye care, psychology, pulmonary, blood draw, podiatry, emergency, nuclear medicine and auditory are all great. Neurology sucks. In 2008 following brain surgery (in MiamiVA) my husband was judged totally disabled. We are still trying to get his benefits to 100%. I realize there are many others in the same "limbo" as we are but more people are needed to help getting paperwork properly filed and approved. Very quick and efficient in treatment,scripts and X-rays Pizza in the cafeteria is excellent.
I think that they do the best they can with what they have. I am greatful for all they do. I just love Dr Gill(Ortho). But the front help desk volunteers could use an attitude adjustment. Thank you VA.
