RecommendedI have had ups and downs with the va but many more ups than downs. They recently sent me out to Houston Texas for a lung operation that they felt was better to have an expert in the field do than the va and reimbursed me some of the expenses. Instead of taking out my entire lung I only lost ten percent.
Since 2001 I have been receiving superb medical care from the West Palm Beach VA Hospital! In my experiences there, They have been remarkable care givers. I highly recommend To all eligible veterans to check them out!
Lots of programs and help for all the vets who didn't even know they needed help.
Great place. Clean, safe and staffed by caring, compassionate people who take care of our Veterans and their families.
This is by far the best I have ever been to. Every department!
This facility nearly killed my stepfather by sending him home with a 103 degree fever and pneumonia. All documented in Martin Memorial Hospital earlier this year. I open a case number and im told today its unsubstantiated. This facility and the Veterans Administration should be ashamed of themselves. As someone who works at a provider's office who provides medical care to our veteran's, the customer service we receive is appalling! Constantly transferred from one representative to another and never able to reach the people we need to speak with to get our veteran's claims paid. Most times I can barely get a word out before I'm cut off by the rep and transferred to a voicemail box that is full and won't accept anymore messages. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!
