RecommendedFor the most part my wife and I have received good care from the West Palm Beach VA. There have been some snags but we’ve worked through them. Two things need fixed. First the automated calling service to remind you of an appointment. There is absolutely no reason you should have to keep saying hello sometimes for up to two minutes while waiting for the recording. Vet's need help ,medical care and physical therapy
this by far has been the best hospital I've ever visited. you can't say enough great things about the staff and the hospital itself.
Everyone is fantastic. The help my husband received during his cancer treatment was phenomenal !!! Couldn’t ask for better treatment.

Got an MRI and had to wait over a month for Dr. to give me the results. She had the results in 3 days. Called for appointment, she's on vacation. Set up appointment for when she gets back from someone in her office. They had no record of that appointment. Set up another appointment 1 month and 1 week later to get results. Her response. "Oh well". I'd much rather go to Viera! They say I can't because of where my local VA is. (Vero Beach) 1 1/2 Drive every time they make me go down there. Finally went for results today.
