To certain extent i have dealt with mostly hispanic doctors and i believe they earn their titles..In general in all areas, levels of work they strive to give us veterans nothing but the best professional service
I was a walk in first time patient this Saturday. I was seen and treated promptly and courteously. I was in and out with prescriptions in hand within 2 hours. I was not feeling well because of my illness but the professional staff here made a huge difference in my day getting much better.

When I’ve accompanied my husband to his appointments I’ve been impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the staff, the cleanliness of the hospital, and especially the respect for our Veterans. It’s so nice to see how much the community loves our Veterans, and the West Palm VA Medical Center does a beautiful job displaying all the art. From handwritten letters from students to beautifully framed quilts and artwork, it seems there is appreciation everywhere.

On March 29, 2019, I had a scheduled Arthroscopy of my right knee in the Outpatient Surgery Center, Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center and the procedure was a total success! I want to thank the Veteran's Administration for all they did in getting me this procedure conducted where I live for it would have been a bit of a hardship in getting it done at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. Everyone that works and volunteers at the VA Medical Center is truly amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. There are so many different programs and resources that are available. I was very impressed.
