The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is the best VA in the United States!
You can't make someone care. The staff at the WPB VA show they care by the way you are treated. I have been going to this hospital for less than a year, but have been to several VA hospitals all over the country. This should be the model hospital. Here, you are treated with respect and dignity. Best care and the most wonderful staff.
I have been going to the WPB VA for nearly 4 years now. Great caring people. Always wonderful care. Went to the New Port Richey, FL clinic from 2000 to 2014 before moving to the Lake Worth area. All very good experiences with VA care. .
Seventeen years and I put my care on par with what I might have received in the private sector. Administration? Not so much
