No parking, rude employees. And nobody wants to help you. I asked for directions to a clinic and the person didn't even look off her computer and just pointed and said down the hall, no eye contact.
Friendly and competent staff and Doctors. Recently moved from Arizona and this VA is an improvement from past experiences. Glad to be here for care.
Would like to see the staff in the different departments change their attitudes and realize they are there to serve their customers, not there own selves. Not a blanketed statement though, there are many that care, and the medical doctors are great.
The WORST STAFF MIX UP OF NAMES ON CHART, LAB WORK NEVER BEEN PUT IN, Referral to urologist got done when I called back up. Can't get appointment with PRIMARY CARE UNTIL 30 DAYZ OUT. WE NEED BETTER STAFF AND MORE NURSES
Had surgery yesterday. Home today. Feeling ok. I got some work to do to get back. Nothing they did wrong but I got to take it easy.
Spent six of the worst hrs I can remember, and was never treated, hope I don't have to go there again. I feel awful for the veterans that have no choice but to use that facility
