I have been in the ER since 12 PM and now it is 4:30 pm and have not been triaged so they don't care or want to know what kind of shape I am in. I have been trying to get an ortho appt. since the end of November but no luck. I am suppose to be going to a civilian doctor but VA is not sending documents they need to send me out. I am left without care from the one place I thought will never let me down a mess
Everyone was so caring and helpful,and I love that they have great patience with there patients my Brother needs that He is a little high strung �
The Oncology department is second to none. Dr. Aggarwal and her team is awesome, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. Whatever bad press the VA gets is out the window when it comes to the great service I get every time I'm there.
Enjoyed my visit as usual for a routine procedure.
I had the pleasure of being in 4C the new wing! Beautiful. My staff of Doctors and Nurses were professional and on top of my health needs! I made it through a very difficult stage of the process and I am honored to have to perhaps come back! See you in the future for Part 3, Karen Khan's Favorite team....Team 4 and make sure Simona Dominque and Rosemary Young, Tess,Tricia, Nurse Wright and others are Front & Center as well...Great facility, equipment and lightening fast diagnosis and response! Thanks everyone involved..
The Orange Team staff and Dr. Jeffrey Highfill are the most amazing and professional folks I have the pleasure of receiving care from!! I also am impressed with the gentleman who runs the front desk of the pharmacy. He is always pleasant and finds creative ways of making folks feel important and welcomed. I watched him expertly diffuse the anger of a veteran's family member who was being a complete pain, and after a few brief sentences had the lady smiling and relaxed. The DC VA is my choice for all my care!!
First time I've been there. All of the staff were so friendly and everyone was helpful- transferring from Philadelphia to D.C. Was a breeze. I'm excited to seek treatment there.
You can't treat veterans like shit and then expect great reviews. Fix your broken system!
