I love my experience whenever I come to VAMC, all my Doctors and the staff are cool. My only concern is, Not having computers for Veteran's to use for in-house or personal important information like you had at one time.
I was greeted on time for my muscle work out I enjoyed the medical technician that helped me
My appointment was at 11:30am, drove 1 hr 44 min. in heavy traffic, got there on time 30 minutes prior like it says in the little card they mailed me, was not called in to the see the doctor unil 1:43 pm.
never been there before. patrons were helpful in guiding me to where i need to go.
I have seen some of the best medicine practiced there. And I know better than most what is a high standard of practice. Best of people from every department
Piss poor support staff. Didn't get treated right because of race as well employess stuff there faces while at service desk. It's a welfare system for government employees. Place need to clean house and start over.
With all the bad press the VA has been getting, I feel obligated to speak of my current experience with the DC VA Medical Center. I have been coming here the past several weeks for my Compensation and Benefits (C&P) exams. Everyone here has been fantastic. I have gotten into all of my appointments on time or usually early.
