We have been pleased with the service from V3 from day 1. The sales staff took enough time to answer all my questions and helped us through the contract process. I appreciated the use of Docu sign to expedite the paperwork requirements throughout the process. The surveyors, installers and inspectors were all great: on time, fast, considerate and polite. Up to this point we have been very happy with your company. I don’t expect to change that opinion.

I found that all personnel related to V3 were professional and helpful in all aspects. I never felt any pressure and did not experience any high pressure sales tactics. The installation was completed on schedule and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company.

I checked out several solar companies before finally settling on V3. Their sales rep Joe, was extremely helpful and up front with all the details on how the system operates and what the rates are and are going to be. I am overall pleased the the solar unit that I purchased. It has saved me at a minimum at least $100.00 a month or more. However, I was not happy with the customer service after I had the panels placed on my home. I had trouble with the interconnection to convert from Edison to the solar power. It took over a month to get the situation resolved. Also I never received a hard copy of my contract or information regarding the Kilo watt production of the unit. some disconnect between the sales and design staff with the construction crew in the agreed placement of equipment and conduit, but after a false start of construction the problems were addressed. I'm now happy with the end product.
