I would give this company no stars if that was possible. It took this company 5 months to install my solar. My solar had an under production for the first 7 months. When V3 electric finally came out to fix the issue within 2 weeks the system was again under producing. They returned again and replaced all the wiring. Finally, since the issue was not fully resolved the financing company sent their own techs and found that the 10K back up battery is not functioning properly. UPDATE To 08/03/20 review I was hoping this would be positive. V3 has a very responsive Customer Service Department. After posting my initial review I was contacted by their Customer Service Department. After reviewing my information, they told me that I was supposed to have had six more panels that were not installed and one panel that was installed that was not working. They arranged to have those six installed and the defective one replaced. The amount of panels I now have barely covers 25% of my SMUD bill. The savings do... read more

Couldn't be happier with V3 solar. The install process was incredibly smooth. It's a no brainer. I don't know a lot of people with the income or cash to buy a system, so V3's utility plans just make sense. V3 has full responsibility of the system, so I can count on them to keep the system and battery working properly.
My Powerwall system has been working magnificently for me this past year. My system has been saving me thousands annually. Process was extremely easy and I don't have to worry about the hassle of maintenance. V3 takes care of you.
I looked around for a lot of solar recommendations. A lot of people recommended purchasing the system, but I decided to go with V3's plan. Very simple. No lien on your home and you're paying a flat fee to V3 instead of the big question mark of a ***bill. Satisfied with my savings and over the moon with the quality of my system.
Decided to go with the V3 plan because I couldn't afford to buy my system. Works wonders. Should anything happen to my system, I won't have to worry about the maintenance costs. V3 takes care of it all. Impressed.
