V3 truly is dedicated to providing the freedom to choose. I decided to go with their energy program because I was getting tired of playing the game of 'what my PG&E bill will be this month'. With their energy program, I'm paying a flat monthly rate. During the summer months, this is huge because if my system makes more power than what was estimated, that's essentially free power for my home. My neighbor has solar installed by V3. He is very happy with it. I sat down with a V3 rep. He went over the size and cost of the system. He was upfront with all aspects of the agreement. We went forward with the install. It was installed on time. Had a small glitch on the first start up. The problem was fixed in a very short time. The system has been running flawless for about 3 Years. I would definitely recommend V3.
I have been so impressed with all aspects working with V3. Being able to be involved with the design of the battery system allowed everything to work the first time. Install team was so willing to answer my questions and work with me to install in the best way possible for it to look fantastic. And the interfacing with all the crazy engineering questions was nothing but first class. I loved the experience so much, I am now have them bid on adding more solar to my home.

Getting solar with V3 was so easy. They took the measurements of my home to see how much electricity I use. They then built a system to meet those needs. Once the designs were done, everything just took off. I was installed just a week after my permit was approved & got my system turned on shortly after that.
This review's long overdue. I have medical equipment in my home that constantly needs power. We had an outage in our area last year and V3's system saved me from the anxiety of wondering how to keep the lights on. The peace of mind alone is worth it, but it's also great seeing my utility bill amounting to just cents every year.
Excellent service and professionalism. The Tesla battery was installed in just several hours and the electricity was out for less than an hour versus the four to five hours I was expecting. The installer thoroughly explained the system functionality and also demonstrated the Tesla power wall app. The installer also demonstrated how the power wall would function in the event of a power outage. I've had my system for a little under a year, but I just wanted to say that the results from my solar have just been amazing. PGE hasn't gotten a dime from me since the system turned on. The predictability of what my electric bill will be per month has provided me with more freedom to live how I want.
They stood outside my house for about 10 minutes taking notes, then they came up (one representative without a mask during a peak of the pandemic) and wouldn't leave. They tried to get personal information from me (email, contact, name) by saying things like "What was your name again?" when I never told them my name in the first place.
