The best way to spend 3 hours is a romantic Chef’s tasting night. Every new dish simply only keeps getting better, service is excellent, & we will return every year for our Anniversary. Plus, it helps our Anniversary is right after Christmas the passageway is filled with all things beautiful lights & flowers. You can’t ask for a better night with your loved ones.

I went for my 21st birthday dinner and it was such an incredible experience! I’m already planning my next trip there! It’s such an amazing experience from the knowledgeable and friendly staff, the delicious food, and creative drinks! The atmosphere is so comforting. V. Mertz is unlike any other restaurant I’ve experienced! Highly recommend!!

Amazing food, staff, and gorgeous setting! They go above and beyond in personal service and attention to detail! The best restaurant in Omaha for sure! 🤩
We waited 1 hour for our food and when it came out it was luke warm and not good. I got the 8oz new your strip wagyu steak and it was very sub par. We really didn’t care for the cheese plate as well. The chairs are uncomfortable but it is a nice intimate place. Our server was nice but we won’t be going back.
Great place for an intimate dinner for a special occasion!
