Went here to celebrate Valentines Weekend and was treated like true royalty. The chef made a couple small plates to try and then we had our main course, bottle of wine and a dessert. It was beyond delicious and our server was fantastic! We will be celebrating more often at V. Mertz! It's a must try in Omaha!
Amazing service from Sommelier Kaleb Kiger! We loved the tasting menu with Cakebread pairings. A wonderful evening all around!
Nice, comfortable and attractive setting. Extensive drink/wine menu to choose from.
I had the Braise Beef and Gnocchi for lunch and was rather disappointed. While the gnocchi was good, it was really just glorified tater tots (which is not what I would classify as gnocchi, but I digress). The beef was so salty I was literally guzzling water, which was my only beverage and they served it in a dinky little wine glass. I get it, you're trying to be classy but if water is my only beverage why are you only giving me 4oz at a time? For the price, it was totally not worth it in my opinion ($26.32 total bill)
