The December tasting menu was exquisite! A true dining experience. We will be back soon!
Great hidden gem in the Old Market Omaha. We went from a Groupon deal but the food was great regardless. Tasty cocktails supplemented our joy. An early birthday treat for myself. The pepper steak and pasta w egg small plate I had before were mouthwatering.
My husband and I we went there couple time.I love the food, test is is awesome! The waiter he was very nice and professional. The place and food is was Exotic!!!

This is definitely top meal I've ever eaten. Very fair prices for the amount and quality of the food. The wine selection is enormous and fairly priced. The charcuterie meats were the perfect chew and flavors. I ordered the pepper steak (signature dish) and it was cooked to perfection with perfect crust on one side. I also got to sample the duck which is as good as I've ever had. Chef Kyle Lamb and staff at V. Mertz are at the top of the game. At least the best meal I've ever had.
My husband and I love the place, the steak is delicious always cooked to perfection!
