Customer service is exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and patiently answered all my questions. The beds themselves are a dream – the bases are beautifully crafted inside out and the quality is evident in the finish. I'm especially happy with the mattresses, the support, and luxurious feel of the fabric. Delivery was prompt, incredibly friendly, efficient with good etiquette and care during assembly. Dealt with Noel twice now very recently and on both occasions he and his team have been most helpful and have been true to their word with both my purchase of a mattress and bedstead. Delivered when they said they would, on time and kept me informed. Good prices given too. Would definitely recommend as Noel is very knowledgeable and doesn’t push a sale and leaves you to peruse the store which is just what you want really as you are more inclined to spend your money there.
