Absolutely awful place. Receptionists are so rude and could learn some customer service skills. Waiting times are ridiculous. And their front door has been broken for months. Worse thing I ever did signing up there. 😡
The physios couldn’t give a toss. Absolutely ridiculous shambles of a place.
This surgery is nothing short of amazing. From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the GPs, who I've seen two of now. Both really knowledgeable, lovely, thorough, friendly and helpful. This surgery is very clearly extremely well run and whoever the manager is should go to other surgeries in the borough like Brunel surgery and show them how to run a GP practice properly and effectively. No appointments other than for the day you phone. No water even in summer heat. No flexibility to fit with the problems of my life. No help trying to register disabled. No ability to refer me to hospital for what I am told is a life threatening situation except to "go to casualty." No official diagnosis offered for me being disabled except to "return to casualty." I attended for an NHS health check, which I understand is to quantify cardiovascular risk. The person did not introduce herself with name or role. She didn't seem to know what ischaemic heart disease was or how angina relates to this. She spiked my finger but didn't get enough blood. She said there were no blood pressure readings from me in the last five years, when I have given several in the last few months. It did not inspire confidence at all. The appointment was running to time though, which was the only good thing.
