My Dad was in ICU. He had a nurse named Sarah. He adored her, though he couldn't remember her name, only "That Girl". She was excellent and we, the family adored her. She was wonderful with my Dad and took great care of him. We couldn't have asked for a better nurse to take care of Dad. I am so thankful she was with him and all of us when my Dad passed away. Wow you can tell that Novant Health is at Culpeper Hospital, I've used Culpeper in the past and was always, ALWAYS treated good and with respect. I went today and wow how things have changed already. I was treated with DISRESPECT, and lack of concern of my medical condition, the Dr.Robert Rosen spent far more time on figuring out why he would not treat me than doing any kind of exam of my current condition. This has only happened to me one other time when I went to Novant in Haymarket, where they didn't exam me sent me home ... read more

The worst. If you think you are going to be treated with respect if you are a patient, forget it. They will talk down to you like you don't have a brain. Threaten you with restraints if you tell them that you are allergic to a mefication. Tell you over and over you have to take a medication that you are allergic to, to the point that you have to yell at them, then they call in security and threaten to put you in restraints and say they are going to give it to you over objection, violation of all types of patient rights. Staff shows no remorse. Let's patients like my son today suffer in pain for hours. Does nothing to make them feel comfortable. Totally unexceptional. Staff needs a lesson on how to care for patients
I loved this hospital they take great care of my family and myself they helped me when urgent care wouldn't they have great staff and clean rooms
I have been both an emergency room patient and a in-patient on a number of times and have always been treated with care and kindness. All the staff their are absolutely precious and fantastic.
