Incredibly unfair and criminal billing practices by Culpeper Regional, after paying the incredibly confusing and continuously arriving medical bills sent to me after a simple and quick ER visit (2 min visit with Dr who provided no help and a simple blood test and examination) which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars even with co-pay.
